Comfort Cove Executive Suites is a corporate rental company that specializes in short term accommodations for travelers while providing long term occupancy solutions for property owners. We manage high end homes throughout the East Coast and offer landlords a specialized lease option that both maximizes profit and maintains the condition of their real estate investment.
As opposed to the traditional tenant, we offer owners the security of having a long term tenant with guaranteed rent payments made through automatic bank draft monthly. Our goal is to occupy the unit as long as possible and to build a mutually beneficial relationship with our landlord. We typically extend our leases for as long as the owner will have us.
All properties managed by Comfort Cove are kept in mint condition at all times. The units are thoroughly and professionally deep cleaned almost daily. Also, paint is touched up periodically as well. Since our guests are paying for a luxury product, we must keep and deliver the home in pristine condition at all times. The property experiences significantly less wear and tear throughout the duration of the lease. You can expect your property to be returned to you in perfect condition.
We thoroughly screen all potential tenants to ensure that they are reliable and trustworthy. You can rest easy knowing that your rental property is in good hands.
Multiple Leases? No problem! We will happily lease anywhere from 2-20 properties at once. Which releases you from the stress and headache of needing to find multiple tenants whom may or may not pay their rent on time. Throughout the history of our company, we have proudly never been late or have missed ONE monthly rent payment. Even through the Pandemic lockdowns of 2020. We stay consistent with every payment.
We are nothing without you! It is our goal to help our clients make more money. Over the years, we have established strong bonds with other companies in the same field as us. If you're thinking of taking on a large project of 20 or more units, we will gladly get all hands on deck to ensure you are fully occupied on closing day.
All reservations are insured up to $1,000,000. This covers both property damage and personal injury.
We diligently screen ALL guests to ensure that only respectful and responsible clients stay in our suites. The vast majority of our guests are families or business travelers. We have a minimum age requirement of 25 to book one of our suites and strictly prohibit smoking or pets. We collect the contact information, full names, and photo ID’s of everyone on each reservation. Each guest also goes through a soft background check before booking.
In addition to client screening, we install high tech noise monitoring systems in all units. This system automatically alerts us if the sound decibel in the unit reaches a certain limit. Quiet hour signage is also clearly posted in the unit. Also, all guests must agree to our strictly enforced house rules prior to booking and risk losing their deposit for non compliance. Ring cameras are installed at each property to ensure that the number of guests inside of our units match the number of registered guests allowed by the reservation. High quality security cameras are also installed along the perimeter of the entire exterior of each single family home or townhome that we lease. This is added for extra security and monitoring purposes. In the extremely rare case that guests cause any kind of disturbance, we are immediately alerted by our monitoring systems. We then contact the guests to resolve the issue immediately, or they will be removed from the premises.
Our founder and C.E.O, Marino, is a US Army veteran, as well as a veteran in the Real Estate Industry. With 8 years of Real Estate industry experience, his wealth of knowledge continues to be one of the company’s largest assets when it comes to relationship building and client satisfaction. Marino has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Florida since 2016. Over the years, Marino learned the importance of innovation, creativity, and the ability to pivot during challenging times. Because of this, he chose to specialize in the sale of foreclosed R.E.O. properties, fix and flips, new builds, and multifamily properties. With his main clientele consisting of investors, he was able to excel in his budding career.
Comfort Cove Executive Suites employs an enthusiastic team of solid employees. We do not outsource our staff to other companies which enables us to have the most quality control over our company standards . Our team is completely dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction from the beginning of their experience until the end and after. As well as maintaining and preserving each residential asset. Each city that we occupy has an employed property manager, cleaning crew manager, & guest satisfaction manager.
